Kon Sro Key Doung was born from a simple observation: thousands of coconut husks are discarded every day while farmers and gardeners struggle with poor soil quality, soil degradation, and moisture loss. We discovered an opportunity to turn this agricultural waste into premium cocopeat—a sustainable growing medium that improves soil health, retains water, and supports healthier plant growth.
